  • Online inspection for quality of casting and machining.

Final inspection of every ring for following

  • O.D. size with controlled close gap.
  • Axial thickness.
  • Radial Depth.
  • Surface roughness and parallelism.
  • Visual inspection for casting or machining defects.
  • 100% light tightness of each ring.
  • Tangential load.
  • Chrome plating thickness (min 85 microns) and its hardness.
  • Moly coating thickness and its bonding.
